1 lb salmon steaks or fillets
2 garlic cloves
½ tbsp diced ginger
1 green onion
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce or other red hot sauce
Pinch of black pepper
¼ tsp sesame seeds
½ tbsp rice vinegar
½ tbsp sesame oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, hot sauce, and pepper well.
Place salmon onto baking sheet and turn the sides of the foil to cover the salmon completely and make a sealed packet/pouch.
Bake salmon at 375 for 15-20 minutes, then remove from oven.
Open the foil packet, and put salmon back in oven on broil for 2-3 minutes, until the top of the salmon is browned.
Garnish with more green onions and sesame seeds.
