Prep Time: Marination - Minimum 2 hours; Up to 8 hours
Cooking time - 35 minutes

4 lamb chops, 8 oz each
½ cup cilantro, chopped
1 oz ginger, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp jeera powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp fresh lime juice
Pinch of red chili powder
½ tsp of sea salt
½ tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Combine all marinade ingredients in a large glass bowl and quickly whisk. Add lamb chops to bowl til each chop is fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, preferably 8 hours.
Remove from refrigerator for 20-30 minutes before cooking and set out on countertop.
Warm 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large fry pan, and saute lamb chops for about 15 minutes. Flip over after about 8-9 minutes to evenly sear each side.
In air fryer, add a few drops of additional olive oil, and cook lamb chops for an additional 15 minutes at 200°.
Check to see if chops are cooked to desired tenderness and serve with a side of vegetables.
